Work Style 

  • Flextime (R-Flex): Employees can decide when to start and finish their work as long as they complete the mandatory work hours.
  • Staggered Working Hours (R-Timeshift): Employees not eligible for R-Flex can start their work 2 hours before and complete it 2 hours before. 
  • Work from Home (R-Satellite): Employees can work from home in case of pregnancy, child care, illness, caregiving, and injury.
