Develops DX/DI Solutions Using Artificial Intelligence
NetSmile is a venture company that develops and sells automation solutions to businesses with the aim of providing advanced AI at affordable costs. It leverages machine learning and artificial intelligence to develop DX/DI solutions to boost productivity at the workplace.
The two main products of the company are AI Scan Robo and DX/DI Solution. AI Scan Robo is an OCR digital scanner, and DX/DI Solution is an automation platform powered by artificial intelligence.
NetSmile’s mission is to create artificial intelligence that thinks like humans, is close to humans, encourages them, and helps them in trouble.
Additionally, NetSmile has created hundreds of solutions for its business partners, which include high-profile Japanese companies in diverse fields, such as finance, retail, construction, and finance. Currently, it is focusing on developing a product or digital solution that can extract information from printed documents. This will result in the automation of routine office work.
The company believes that it can contribute to society by solving many problems through automation that humans have not been able to do. It aims to offer innovative solutions that please people worldwide.
NetSmile has a small team of 20 members, out of which 6 are in the engineering team. The engineering team has members from different nationalities and backgrounds. The rest of the members are from Japan. Additionally, most clients are Japanese companies. Hence, meetings outside the engineering team are carried out in Japanese.

Interview Process
The interview process at NetSmile starts with document screening, involving checking a resume and career history. If candidates meet the expectations, they are interviewed for three rounds, where the second round consists of the aptitude test.
